I had the 16GB kit (4x4GB) with the same timings and had it running at 2133 9-10-9-27 CL1 fully stable for over a year paired with a 4790K. Obviously no guarantee that they'll all do that, but they were good sticks in my experience. Actually just sold them on eBay a few days ago since I have a DDR4 setup now.

I have 16GB of this same memory-its a little step up from "normal" ram and certainly good value for money.
