60 pieces, but they are tiny! Good way of getting more pieces for less money though I suppose....
according to the Argos Q&A section "I have looked into this and I can confirm that the Chad Valley 60 Piece Train Set is compatible with other wooden train tracks" & the reviews suggest the same
