It's a watch not often reduced though, good watch. I got myself a Casio Calculator watch, I've dreamed of owning one since I was a child and now I do. Not many people can say they own their dream watch!

And the Panasonic cells in the Solar units last 5-12 years after that you need to replace them (they don't hold the charge well) once replaced the solar watch works like new. Replacement cell is around £12. A good primary cell would last at least 2-8 years.

They look utterly ridiculous on the skinny wrists of schoolboys and blokes who spend too much time playing computer games!
It's a bit like all the huge, shiny 4x4s that little fat women use to tackle the school-run and the local Tesco car park!

I don't think I'm mad. A 30% saving is okay, but in the context of good deals on this site is certainly not exceptional. It is still a nice watch, and if one is a shark wrestler it is a lot better value than a Seamaster.

This looks like a nice enough watch for shark wrestlers, but it seems that a normal price (not the RRP, no one pays that) is only about £65, so this is not much of a saving. So, although a good product this does not seem to be a particularly good deal, so it will have to be just a little bit cold.

Always wondered if changing the battery completely ruins the water resistance rating and whether I should wipe a bit of gasket seal on or something.
The wife gets hers changed in a jewellers who always stress that the watch is not waterproof after a battery change but then they would say that.
Din't have this problem though with my current ecodrive.
