An old school PS2 classic from Rockstar that has recently come out on the PS4 with 1080p up-rendering and trophy support thrown in which is worth a punt at this price.
I'd point out this title is not just for old gits like me who remember it from the first time round but also very much the youngers who might not be familiar with Rockstar's early work.
In an ideal world this would be priced at around a fiver but at just over 7 quid down from £11.99 is still an alright price in my humble opinion.

Sorry, but while it was good (not great) at launch, it has dated badly and (at best) is worth no more than a fiver. Fair price = £3.49.

I would not disagree but I am not responsible for Rockstar/Take-Two and SCEE pricing policy, an educated guess says because it's only on PS4 this gen they will keep the price higher for longer anyway.
I'd assume it being a Playstation exclusive is more down to Take-Two because I remember reading they pulled out of releasing it on Xbone because Microsoft wanted a lower price point and backward compatibility.

Bought it. It's a straight PS2 port with trophy support. Preferred the Wii version but this is still a decent enough game but, yes, it's dated

Can I ask why?
I have the wii and ps2 versions. Wasn't enjoying playing with the wiimote and my ps2 has been attic'd. Did quite like the game though

Don't do it to yourselves. If you really want to play the PS2 classics on PS4 then sign yourself up to a Canadian account. You get the 60hz versions of these games (some of the ones on the English PSN are 50hz, which looks awful on LCD Tvs).
Add to the fact that the PS2 games on the Canada store are cheaper. You can pay about £7 for ANY game on there if PS2 is your thing.

So this is why they don't include backwards compatibility in Playstations? So they can sell people over-priced, dated games in a different format.
How about releasing old games for free to advertise your company and encourage people to buy and play your latest games?
It's playable on PCSX2, better to use that instead.

I wouldn't pay anything for this game. I stupidly bought this game on PS3 back in the day around 2013 and it looked and played awful. The PS2 version is like a pre alpha release of the 360 version. Seriously at least watch a few streams on Twitch to see for yourself. What was once a decent PS2 game in 2006 is now so bad its basically shovelware.

Thats why i haven't bought any PS2 games for PS4 as they screwed people over with not allowing cross buy yet allow cross buy for crap 2D indies no one cares about. Sad thing is people like me who have restraint and dignity are the minority as there are too many fools buying these remasters which is why this gen is so boring.

Funny how Rockstar stealth released both Bully and Manhunt with zero advertising like they wanted to cash in on two obsolete games but didn't want any unwanted attention.
