The people not being able to open the bud twist off caps are not alone, bud uk's Facebook page is full of complaints.
I emailed customer service and they wanted sample bottles to prove it etc so I didn't bother..... They did however send me £10 in gift vouchers for some beers for my troubles!!

What's the point of buying a 99p bottle opener shaped like the ace of spades from China and waiting 5 weeks for it to arrive if you are going to twist the top off? Where is the sense in that?? :confused::laughing:

Just went to get some and they was out of stock, got 20 x 440ml cans of fosters for £12 which works out cheaper per litre

Never had problems with these, make sure you grab the cap with your hand and press it, then twist it.

Can't argue at 50p a bottle. I have to use a tea towel to get the caps off as its like they're glued on!

Agree with both of you. Not great design. Also if drinking from the bottle i prefer the old style rounded top bottles
