Best bubble wraps from moving companies. Get mine from Copsey - £8 but quality and it tears in a straight line, which this stuff won't.
Cheap but cheerful

I never seen it on eBay for that price I paid 99p with £7 odd on post cheapest I seen

3 May 161#74
It's ok for the price but will arrive tatty and squashed. More like 400mm when it arrives with tatty edges. You will use much more of this if you need it to protect something, as i use it mainly to stop none fragile items moving around when packed in a box it does the job for my needs.
As for how well it is packaged when they send it, it comes either in clear or black cling wrap with a label stuck on

3 May 16#73
you'll be disappointed - it doesn't pop because the bubbles dont actually hold any air in them!

got some a few weeks back, it's awful. it's just awful. the bubbles don't hold air and the plastic is really thick and...odd.
Argh, just ordered some... almost delivered it to the library (collection point) but wasn't sure how it would work as it'd be bigger than the DVD I've had that way before... then worried about having to try and walk it home on my own (I'll be arms everywhere...) so having it delivered to the house and crossing my fingers that I'll be home. Doesn't matter if it's a bit thin, at this price you can wrap it twice. Suits me!

Is this stuff any good for the greenhouse in winter?
aLV426 to golfie
2 May 161#26
I doubt there is any real world difference between this and Jiffy brand for that application - the Jiffy brand seems to be "clearer" so it may let more sunlight through, however I imagine they would both retain the heat within a few degrees of each other for about the same time...

2 May 161#52
Forget the greenhouse, just talk to the wife and sort it all out!

Nope. Possibly only for your most fragile items. Even then, you can use the same concept lightbulb packers use. crunched up paper can help loads too

Not voting either way as unsure of the quality, but have been stung by cheaper bubble wrap before. Unbranded stuff is just false economy as you use twice as much. I think the stuff I got last time from Amazon was genuine jiffy, more than this yes but you get what you pay for. Might be good for moving house but may not be worth the risk for wrapping eBay items etc.
