Well I've ended up getting mine for free. I was out when it was delivered, and left instructions for it to be left by my wheelie bin. I got back home, the app said it'd been delivered but it wasn't there and there was no card left through my letterbox so I called and the adviser said it's probably been taken back so refunded it to my card. Cancelled too. The email stated that they no longer had the item available for sale yet its back in stock right and available to buy right now. Seems amazon have sneakily changed their policy regarding backorders as I this is the info I received on amazon chat -



So if you place an order on an item that is currently not in stock and then the price changes before despatch it automatically gets cancelled. Im sure that wasn't the case before.

hmmm really strange, I ordered mine via the Primenow app on sunday morning and it arrived within 3 hrs

been told it was a misprice and all orders have been cancelled, before dispatch, including prime now.

Why didn't they just say that in the first place. Amazon have been going down hill lately from my experience.

It was not a misprice but a price match. I ordered 2 (for family) yesterday. One is being utilised for sure. If the other is not needed, I will sell it on. I did not buy it to sell it on but if not utilised, I will find it a new home.

Awww that's really bad customer service from Amazon, expected better. It's an amazing piece of kit. Just made crispy mushrooms in mine for the first time ever. Always tried to make them in a pan or oven on the past and it never worked...till now.

I just picked up one from Homebase in Southend @ about 7.30pm tonite. Reserved this morning about 9am. 70 odd mile round trip from London but we'll worth it just to see the look on my OH face when I walked in with the large box!! She has been after one and the hints stopped being subtle a long time ago :-). Up there with some great bargains off this site.

I haven't received mine and looks like I won't be grr I had one reserved at my local Homebase & they called me but told them I didn't want it as I already had one coming grr

I had mine delivered but thinking of returning it the box is damaged and it takes too much space also the chips get burnt I only payed £12.00 for it with discounts and vouchers

I received an email saying they we're not currently able to offer this item for sale even though the item was in stock when ordered, then went out of stock then came back in stock a few hours later. I emailed them saying why not when it is in stock? They emailed back saying it was a price error. I emailed back saying no it wasn't it was a price match with homebase and I could have ordered it from there but went with Amazon, now homebase are out of stock. They have not emailed me back after that.

Iv just logged into Amazon and it's now showing as being dispatched today - here's hoping it arrived then
