None of the pound brand shops near me have anything remotely resembling blu-rays. Mostly DVDs with white background sleeves featuring driver's eye view of train journeys across the UK...

Except, as with the DVDs/CDs, they're legally required to sticker as pre-owned if that's what they are.
These are factory sealed blu-rays.
The Total Recall & Men In Black 3 ones have the Ultraviolet code leaflets inside them. If they were pre-owned they wouldn't have them.

Make sure you check all the titles on the shelf that are in bulk ... Some of them are mixed , I have found a few stray ones in amongst the twilight ones :laughing:

Only four titles in the Feltham branch, but at least ten copies of each available, if not more.

I'm going to try all my locals now!

Picked up the king's speech, safe, sinister and red lights from Tunstall store. They had pretty much all the ones listed in this thread as well. well over 20+ left. Newcastle store has some blurays in as well, mechanic, total recall and a few others that I already own, probably about 20 copies all together.

Been in several stores around walsall, cannock, wolverhampton, dudley while doing some deliveries etc.... All thats left in most of them is Twilight New Moon...

Plenty left in Cardiff Queen Street - the one nearest to the castle.

They actually had Men In Black 3 and some of them Twilight ones in my local Today, first time I have ever seen Blurays in it!

They are indeed blu-rays if you can find a store with them, and brand new in shrink wrap. Poundland do also sell refurbished used DVDs.

Halifax store had Haywire, Troll Hunter and a shedload of paddy mgcuiness

None in Ebbw Vale Festival Park. Quite a good selection in Spytty Rd Newport though.

There's sealed then there's re-shrinked. Sorry but Poundland do not sell factory sealed blu-rays.

If I had not of seen photographic evidence I would not believe Blu Rays exist in Poundland, and still remain unseen in each branch I have visited!

I'd much rather pay a couple more quid for new. Would have been amazing if Total Recall was £1 for the decent version though.

Only went in today... First time for blu-Ray's in this store and THEY DID GOOD !

Just Juno & a couple of the later Paranormal Activity movies in Colwick, Notts if that appeals to anyone.

These are very store-specific. No idea which store will get which films. 2 stores I tried this week had no Blu-rays.

Some good titles there. The stores I look in only ever seem to have loads of copies of a crap movie I don't want.

In Swansea, there was a 99p store directly opposite a Poundland. Now the 99p Store has been turned into a Poundland, there's 2 stores directly opposite each other. You'd think that's twice the chance of picking up a Blu-Ray, You'd think wrong :disappointed:
