Spent 4 sunny hours trying to sort a £95 ticket when I used lidl for years since it was built
Their manager says sort with customer services
They say sort with Athena
So I bought stuff 4 days ago and they had my car reg but now want £95
I told the lady 3 times what my number was and lidl say not their problem

Yup real annoyed that parking firms can rip off customers

Just feel as a member for years and hearing this is common from staff at lidl and not addressed is not what we expect
