Same. Always been that price. Lidl also do them at £1 for 5 sachets

why hot? it's always been that price...and it's 5 sachets. All these one pound shops sell 5 sachets version. Other supermarkets sell 10. It works out not so much difference.

You can not take any paracetamol with any lemsip has already got it in and yes not to everyone tastes

the worst tasting one out of them all in my opinion.

only has 600mg Paracetamol. so you can't even take an additional (500mg) tablet..
