Yes.
Slowly but surely I am building up the DLC collection for the EA Access version of BF4 for free because I refuse to pay for Premium . I think I only have one of the add-on packs plus China Rising left now but I doubt China Rising will ever be free sadly.
This deal will definitely need Gold.

I had this as well when I was logged in to the US site (via my works US proxy). Change the region at the bottom right of the screen to the UK and it shouldn't prompt for a CC.

I've been considering getting EA Access for my Xbox One, is it worth it? If you get all the DLC with games it seems a good deal.
I picked up PS4 Battlefield 4 Premium with all DLC for about £15 from the PSN store. Fantastic value.

BF4 Premium and Battlefield Hardline Premium are free (i.e. all the DLC but not the base game), BF4 Premium Edition and Battlefield Hardline Premium Edition (i.e. including the base game) are not.

Ok I think I've figured out what they have done here. They have either accidentally or on purpose made the premium addon packages free.
If you have either bought one of the base games or previously used a single add-on pack though then you will need to uninstall that previous DLC to activate the free premium pack. Otherwise it should just give it to you automatically and it will be yours to keep forever.

Are you looking at the right thing? Confusingly Premium and Premium Edition are two different things and also only worked for me on the console itself, and not on the store website.

Yeah i think its a glitch. It lets you install and get all the battlepacks (there's loads!) but doesn't let u into any of the dlc games

Yes according to the official announcement it's just one DLC from each that is free, it looks like someone screwed up and made all of it free so people should fill their boots before their realise their mistake:-
both games on my console say free with ea access. iv never had ea access before can I get a free trial? and will I loose games I buy if I stop subscription? also are games in the vault forever or do they get removed after a certain time? thanks

True but usually when things have been made free in error they haven't done that. I've gotten stuff free in error before and didn't have it revoked. The Fallout 4 Season Pass is the only thing I'm aware of that did get revoked before anyone could actually download it.

Yes BF4 Premium is now in the vault and Hardline is free to Access members until September so this is deliberate, it just happened the same time that they made one free DLC to non EA Access members who have gold

Downloaded the free Robbery DLC for Hardline to PS4. One regular server, no hardcore servers and no private servers playing those maps in the whole of Europe.
Half-baked EA strategy. Free up the maps but don't provide the servers! Probably hoping that someone will set up private ones.
