This has only dropped a fiver since launch on cdkeys.com. Not as drastic as people are making out. It's a good game, especially for the price.

As big a fan base as 2k has, Blizzard has smashed the market with Overwatch, still this is a good title none the less.

Its a real shame. This looks to be a great game. Totalbiscuit gave it a great review as did others. But its been overshadowed by Overwatch. Blizzard really trumped them on the marketing.

I have both this and overwatch on PC... I find find this more fun, which is unfortunate given how quickly it's sinking :disappointed:

Overwatch and battleborn are not even remotely the same game aside from they are both fps.

Played both Battleborn and Overwatch betas and much preferred this game. It's unfortunate that it's being compared to Overwatch so much considering they're very different games trying to achieve different things.

No, it would make me intelligent ie I understand the difference between genius game design, and lazy design.

It seems most critics & gamers also understand the difference. The Overwatch servers are full of life, whereas Battleborn sales have dropped like a stone.

Having played both, it's not even close Overwatch literally blows away Battleborn. Blizzard have been working on this game for years, and it shows. Perfect balance, amazing character design and map design.

They will continue to update Overwatch for years, just like Diablo etc. Diabolo is ten times better than at launch, so can only imagine what blizzard have mapped out for Overwatch.

Literally, it's not even worth comparing Overwatch & Battleborn. Battleborn is just another middling shooter which will be extinct in a couple of months.

Let's see if your playing it in 12 months, I guarantee Overwatch will still be going strong. If that makes me a sheep, I'm more than happy to be one pal

​I've never paid more than 20 quid on PC for any gearbox game. They always plummet in price. None of the Borderlands games even launched at rrp. It's risen from 27th to 20th in the all platform game charts from last week, so their tactic worked. Farcry Primal suffered a lot worse yet it's price has remained the same. This was never going to sell as well as the big players, but it doesn't stop it being a good game.

Replace 'intelligent' 'genius' and 'lazy' with 'egotistical' 'mediocre' and 'original' and I will agree with you.


So popularity and sales are the hallmark for a great game right? So by that logic the COD series have some of the greatest games ever made.

who mentioned it was good because it's popular!? not me.... done of best games of all time have been commercial failures. I'm talking about the game itself.....having spent 50+ hours on it, I think the gameplay is genius, as do virtually all reviewers and other players.

I'll prove my point when I come back to this thread in 12 months & mention that Overwatch is still going strong. my opinion is based on fact. the fact is Blizzard heavily support their games for years post release - Diablo, StarCraft, Hearthstone, Warcraft......given the volume of sales Overwatch has made already the same will hold for Overwatch. Blizzard are a company that understand it has a reputation at stake. Diablo 3 was broke at launch, they spent 3 years fixing it. Overwatch has had criticism at launch around no single player & not enough match types. I guarantee that will be launching s*** loads of free updates - characters, maps etc. bottom line is, blizzard know what the f*** they are doing. you can argue all you like, but it's a fact.
