Yes you can game share. I game share and they can view, download and play this game. It does not matter what region your games are from as the xbox one is not region locked. All my digital games are foreign and game share perfectly well.

All you need to do is add an American address to your address book on amazon. This can be any real address as nothing is being delivered. Then using amazon.com purchase the digital game with your billing address as your normal UK one. It will then give you a code you can redeem. Use a PC as, from experience, using a mobile doesn't work very well.

You need either a US PSN account or for Xbox just change your region to USA when entering the code and then change it back to UK once you've downloaded it

Ha Ha didn't go to plan for me this time round. My last US purchase worked a treat but this time they've put a temporary lock on my account as they've classed my activity as suspicious. May be the fact I'm in Madrid using my UK account on US amazon. I'll.try again when I get my account unblocked.
