Yes, I think you can still print one out, but I don't think they'll accept it in store, unless it's only for the free coffee and newspaper offer they won't accept it, they stopped it about a year ago.

How recent is that? When I registered for a(nother) MyWaitrose card a few weeks ago there was an option to print a temporary one.
