Just found this today on Ebuyer. Cheap little board for budget build and good brand with 3 year warranty.

Good price. I've always got on well with Asus mobos. Hot.

Combine this with a G3258 and you can overlock it to around 4ghz on the stock cooler

That's amazing value!! What's the difference between the H81M-P Plus and the H81M Plus though, Google is not helping!!

I had a quick look and I think this might be a slightly cut down version. Just looking at the USB ports for example you only have 4 rather than 6. Also there seems to be 1 slot fewer. Nothing major.

The title appears to be wrong, as this is mATX and not ATX as well (eBuyer's mistake)

As above, this is a cut down version. The most noticeable would be no connection for cases with front USB3 ports, two less USB on the back and one fewer expansion.

Can this overclock the G3258?

Have this myself. Tried an MSI one firstly but found out it needed a bios update to be compatible with my i3 4170, after much pain thinking I'd done something wrong, taking everything apart and putting together several times. There was no way to do the update without first getting another CPU.
Love the bios in this board, the graphical interface makes it a gift to use.
For a budget build, it's perfect.

Unless you have windows 10 then your stuck with a single core,

They resolved that issue ages ago as far as I was aware seeing as my G3258 is working at 4ghz on windows 10

Got this board around three months ago and for the first couple of days I couldn't boot as it was saying USB device over current detected. Around day three it finally worked after taking it apart and putting back together several times. It started doing it again this week and I can't get it to work at all.
Without that it's a cracking board for the price.

I bought one of these but there doesn't seem to be any overclocking options (using it with the G3258). I'm wondering whether this particular model supports overclocking. Has anyone managed to overclock with it?

The M Plus overclocks, however the M-P Plus does not, as BIOS 0501 is the latest released. Using it now and just found out it will not OC for toffee

I came to the same conclusion. I sold it and bought the M Plus instead
