You can get the prime 30 day free trial and cancel before the end of 30 days free trial
so you get all the benefits of prime and the ability to use the prime now for free and £10 off a £30 order. I did the same thing in December when Prime now went live in Manchester.

The tip, although ticked by default, is completely optional, you don't have to pay it and it doesn't have to be £2 you can pay less or more.

Ok some noob questions with this so please be gentle with me
1) I can get prime now delivery to my works address but not my home address can you ship things to a delivery address using amazon prime now or does it have to be your billing address?
2) Can I use amazon gift vouchers to pay for something using amazon prime now?
I just don't really want to install the app and sign up to a prime trial if I'm not going to be able to use it. Or would that be the best way of checking?

Since they stopped being paid a fair wage! Rarrrh, zero hour contracts, no tax in UK, angry daily mail rant, loud noises!

The title should read:
"Amazon Prime Now" now available in South Yokshire.
I though for a minute that my relatives in Sheffield and Penistone didn't have Prime until now! :stuck_out_tongue:

We`ve only got Amazon Prime Same-Day here in Hertfordshire, a stones throw from the capital. Why-oh-flamin` WHY do farmers and country bumpkins in South Yorkshire get Prime Now & we have to wait a few more hours for OUR delivery? :disappointed:

With an attitude like that, is it possible to have a referendum for Yorkshire to leave England?

Not available to farmers, country bumpkins or anyone else in Barnsley, not even same day although we are not in Hertfordshire so should expect to be well down the pecking order.
I suppose when the Northern Powerhouse opens for business we will be waited on hand and foot like everyone else who is a stones throw from the capital.

Used this for the first time on Monday (we're in Wakefield). Ordered an item at 8am, got it at 9am. There's a 'tip' involved because they use taxis instead of delivery vans. And you can track them live on a given map. (I personally prefer the taxi option as they know our area better than the Amazon Logistics sat navs!) I thought the service was fantastic. And yes, I'm on prime.
Opening post
you need to download the prime now app to use prime now.
£10 off first oder over £30 with 30PRIMENOW
