Amazon have now price matched Argos for the Fire Stick with voice remote.
They have also reduced the standard version to £29.99 too.
You also get £2 to spend on Amazon Video when you buy an Amazon Fire TV, Fire TV Stick or Fire tablet as part of their current promotion (http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/promotions/details/A1761FX6SWW1P9).

If you have Prime Now in your area, use the code 30PRIMENOW to get £10 off.
They say this code is only off your first order over £30 but I've done a few orders before, but never used the code and it worked fine now

Do you have to live in the certain areas to get the £10 discount?

Not necessarily. As long as you get it delivered to any address (work, family members etc) that they deliver to via Prime Now you'll be able to order it

Not a bad deal at all. Thank you for sharing. I'd rather throw this into a spare HDMI than have to nav through my PS4.. thank you

I used this a couple of hours ago...
I installed the Prime Now app and used 30PRIMENOW to get £10 off my first purchase of £30 or more. The Fire Stick with voice control is £35 so that qualifies

a small bluetooth keyboard with built in mouse. i have an app that you can use the controller as a mouse but if you're going to side load apps to the system then this helps loads for filling in login details etc.

Unless you use a cracked .apk - the Plex App needs to be bought
"LIMITATION: Playing media from your Plex Media Server on the device running this app is limited (one minute for music and video, watermark on photos) until the app is unlocked."

Good tip. Worked for me.
Might be worth pointing out that the code only works if you order using the Prime Now app for those not familair with it.

I bought the Fire TV to use in a room that didn't have an aerial so that I could watch live TV and all the on demand services and found it a brilliant and simple device to use, and now that I have just subscribed to Prime it's even better. Going to get the Fire Stick to use in the lounge for the kids programs, although I'm not sure how much more I can take of Yo Gabba Gabba! that my 3 year old has now discovered!!

I've got loads of different hardware for media playback but the nice thing about this is both its portability and the fact that you can sideload android apps to it and a fair few decent apps on Amazon too. The most crucial thing of all though is that Amazon listened to their customers and installed a pop up browser that allows you to enter hotel wifi login details (unlike the chrome cast which much as I love is useless for travelling)

Not when I posted this, the other thread was for the standard version.
The Argos thread has also been updated to state it's now the same price on Amazon.
