Not sure if this is accurate, but I'm sure if you google round you can check.

Well that's what I thought when I compared this to the normal cow milk.
The protein is definitely little compared to normal cow milk, and calcium is added to the almond milk, just like some other vitamins which are added.
Price wise I think normal milk offer better value for money, but I think this is expensive due to less competition and less production.
What's your view? Am I correct?

Could some list the Alpro ingredients please if you have a carton handy?
True, but sadly they are no way as nutritious as normal milk. These literally have no proteins or calciums (other than some added calcium) . I think they are really over priced at £1.80 or even £1.
I use them as I am vegan.

How does this work? Do you take Tesco receipts or some thing?

I regularly buy these 3 for £3, if not in Tesco then in Waitrose when on offer. I just don't know what are they good for. But I'm just a sucker who follows the latest trends...

They're great if you don't want milk :-) Some people are allergic/vegan and can't have milk.

Soya milk from Aldi is 49p and it tastes lovely. Not voting either way.

Do they do hazelnut, coconut or almond? If they do I'll be bobbing in
