I've read your reply four times and I'm sorry, I don't know what you mean by "Stores have No say in a refund if you can prove to Pay Pal the mistake was made by who ever you purchased the item off."

Be careful using PayPal. Many stores won't refund you in store if you pay using PayPal. They will only give you a gift card or credit note. I got stung last week when I spent £50 online at New Look and had to return nearly my whole order. I took the items back to my local store and was told they could only give me a refund on a gift card, which I refused. Now I've got to return the order to New Look using Collect+, even though I don't have a drop-off point near me!

Stores have No say in a refund if you can prove to Pay Pal the mistake was made by who ever you purchased the item off. If people make an order: for example Size 8 shoe and it's too small then it's not the store fault. They just send out the item the buyer requested.

Voted hot, as this is a good price if you like these shoes. Personally, I think they're some of the ugliest Originals I've ever seen!

No money has actually come out of my PP it only comes out when I go to store and confirm purchase, if I don't like them I just hand them back, from what I can gather from PP.

the size if these is one size too small. I'm normally a 10 but I had to order a 10.5 which is still a little small
