Tabretail have this "as new" manufacturer refurbished 10" tablet for only £59.99 delivered which runs lollipop 5.1 out of the box. It was launched late 2015 so a very current model and has 12 months guarantee.
Its a much faster tablet than the Argos lenovo tab A10 refurb available for £68.99, and the (admittedly 2gb) Asus Zenpad for £80 and around half the price of the John Lewis Lenovo Tab2 deal (NOW OUT OF STOCK AND UNLIKELY TO COME BACK) so I think worthy of a post of its own although the Tab2 is certainly a better tablet so it comes down to budget.
Interestingly the CPU's are very similar in the two tablets despite the price difference, a MT8163(ignore the ebay listing stating MT8151) vs a MT8165 so within 10% benchmarked however bigger differences elsewhere;
This has 1GB ram whereas the Tab2 has 2GB
This has around 9hrs battery life as opposed to 12hrs.
The Tab2 has a full HD screen whereas this is standard.
I cant imagine a point in my life where I need 12 hours battery life out of a tablet so that's not so much a plus point for me. I cant say in real life use I noticed much difference in the past on an 8" display between non HD and full HD but daresay it will be a plus point on a larger 10" display. The bugbear for me is the 1gb ram bottleneck which many of these budget buys have and that will probably swing me to buying the Tab2 over the other points however this is such a good price I thought I would post it.
As the CPUs are similar too I think this tablet stands out as best bang for the buck on the UK market at £60. The next price point of £110 delivers the superior Tab2 which compares very well with the 10" chinese imports from Chuwi, Onda and Teclast at similar money.

Good deal very cheap for a tablet ^^
Pros:
-Very cheap
-Decent processor
-Big screen with fairly good resolution
Cons:
-Heats up alot
-Quite laggy when multi tasking
-Poor audio and graphic performance
-not the biggest battery life
Overall well worth the money, just be prepped for 50 quids worth. Imo the Tab 2 is so much better at 109 New with a 2 year warranty but if you can only afford this you wont be disappointed. Hot

Unlike the Tab 2, allows multiple user accounts?

One thing about the processor comparison. Doesn't the Acer have an MT 8151 processor rather than a 8163?

Google B3-A20 and it says MT8163. I wouldn't take too much notice of ebay listing descriptions.

Quite hard to find a budget tablet with HDMI from my recent googling. If you have a smart TV, or a firestick or chromecast or AppleTV plugged into your TV you can screencast this tablet to the TV wirelessly. Get a chromecast for £22.99 from wuaki if you havent got one already.

Anyone know how this compares to the LG Gpad 8.3"? I know it's a larger screen but spec or performance wise is it worth replacing?

The LG 8.3 is awesome, my kids fight over it as the old Nexus 7 I have is knackered. I'd be happy if this was anywhere near as good.
