Free, but you have to pay the postage cost. Still seems a decent deal though :)

how is everyone able to upload there photos? I have been desperately trying to upload for photos. Every night I have been trying to upload. I have 203 photos. And it has only managed to upload 98. It keeps on disconnecting from the server.
It is crap to be honest. The customer service asking me to try after 12.00 am. Still it did not upload. They site is so slow. Best to get them in a shop.

The wife has been a long term user of Snapfish using it for calendars, photo books, mouse mats as well as simple photographs. Until recently the quality of everything has been truly superb.
However the photo book we received last week from Snapfish was just awful; embarrassingly so in places! Some photos were too dark while others had washed out colours which were not what was on the original print. However the most obvious problem was the poor print resolution which in places looks like it's come from a twenty year old laser printer! We've raised this with Snapfish and so far all they've said is that some of the photographs are backlit and that we should photo edit these before reordering. We've asked them to look again and address ALL the issues we raised.
It seems, reading various internet comments that we are not alone in complaining about a fall off in quality from Snapfish. It seems the company has recently been sold by HP, that several free editing tools have been removed and that any old photo books have been deleted from Snapfish's storage. Poor print quality comes up again and again as a complaint.
I do hope that this is a one-off and that the company sort us out. At £25, it's not like these photo books are exactly cheap. If they don't we'll be looking elsewhere in future. Shame really as up until now, they've been exceptionally good.
Just in case anyone's interested, we use a Canon Powershot 610SX with a 20MP sensor which takes superb hi-res photographs.

Tried the wowcher deal and the code did not work after spending ages uploading pictures. No reply from Snapfish. Gave up and wasted my money.
