Never have my sizes at Debenhams, I did take a look tonight just to double-check though. They didn't have the sizes I wanted, and guess what, that prompted me to look at M&S and they did have the sizes I wanted, and while I was at I bought some underwear and new belt too. Fail again for Debenhams.

Anyone thinking of going for this should wait till Tuesday (online) as theres big discounts on clothing.

Used to work on c&c and was always told to hand out vouchers to every customer, as we couldn't see how much had been spent.

Picked up my click and collect order from debenhams today (recent deal posted on here for Baylis & Harding Sweet Mandarin & Grapefruit Small 2 Piece gift set £2.50) and was given the £5 voucher - nice result

1. Customers who place an online order of £30 or more using the Click & Collect service point (a ‘Qualifying Order’) between Monday 16 May and Saturday 28 May 2016 (inclusive) will qualify for a £5 promotional 'Click & Collect Thank You' voucher to use in Debenhams stores in the UK only (the 'Voucher'). 2. When a customer collects their Click & Collect parcel for their qualifying order they will receive the Voucher.
3. The Voucher will be issued on orders collected between Tuesday 17 May and Sunday 29 May 2016 (inclusive). The Voucher can be redeemed between Tuesday 17 May and Sunday 12 June 2016 (inclusive). The Voucher is subject to availability whilst stocks last.
4. The Voucher can only be redeemed on purchases made in Debenhams’ stores and cannot be redeemed through the Debenhams in store kiosks, online at http://www.debenhams.com,http://www.debenhamsflowers.com,http://www.debenhamscurtains.com,http://www.debenhamstailoredshirts.com,http://www.debenhamshampers.com,http://www.debenhamspersonalisedgifts.comhttp://www.debenhamswine.com,http://www.debenhams.ie,http://www.debenhamsplus.ie,http://www.debenhams.int,http://www.debenhams.de or through any of the Debenhams apps, or for telephone orders.
5. The Voucher cannot be redeemed for food services, including in The Restaurant at Debenhams, The Café at Debenhams and Costa.
6. The Voucher cannot be redeemed with concessions trading within Debenhams.
7. A maximum of one Voucher may be issued per customer per day. For the avoidance of doubt, two or more Qualifying Orders made by the same customer in the same day will only result in one Voucher being issued.
8. The Voucher cannot be used when redeeming a reward voucher, account voucher or any other promotional voucher.
9. Purchases and top ups of vouchers, gift vouchers and e-cards will not qualify for a Voucher. 10. If items from the Qualifying Order are subsequently returned, Debenhams reserves the right to request the Voucher given for this Qualifying Order be returned or reduce the value of the refund by £5.
11. Staff are not permitted to earn or redeem a Voucher. The Voucher cannot be used in conjunction with a staff discount card.
12. Only one Voucher may be redeemed per transaction. The Voucher must be handed in on redemption. 13. No change will be given for use of the Voucher on purchases under £5.
14. The Voucher may not be exchanged for cash or vouchers, used as a deposit on a credit agreement, used to settle a Debenhams Account Card or to purchase financial or travel services (including gift cards). 15. Debenhams is unable to replace the Voucher if it is lost, damaged or stolen.
16. The Voucher remains the property of Debenhams. Debenhams reserves the right to reject any Voucher that it deems in its sole discretion is illegible or incomplete or has been forged, defaced or otherwise tampered with. Photocopies or other reproductions of the Voucher will not be valid.
17. Debenhams reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions from time to time where it reasonably considers it necessary to do so (for example, to change the scope of the voucher service, notify of the service’s withdrawal or in the event of circumstances beyond its control).
