OP, I am super grateful to you.
Firstly because I needed to buy a basic sewing machine for ages. My husband has been wanting it for ages and I was just waiting for a good deal.So thank you for sharing this. Secondly, I was able to use the clubcard boost with hidden vouchers in my account which I didnt even know existed. I was able to discount £25 pounds further. So in total I paid £44. Got 2000 points AND got 1.5% cashback. You made my day  If you're around Sheffield I owe you a pint!!

2000 extra points confirmed. Worth an extra £40 or £80 with boost or rewards. Why is this not super hot? Thanks op and anigan.

Is the current boost not the final one?

Is this a decent sewing machine though???

Yes the current boost is the final one :disappointed: however £20 worth of points is still good. The machine has good reviews and seems good for beginners/ those after a simple everyday machine

Took a punt and ordered one. Used my club card points so got it for free and I'm getting 2069 more points. Can't go wrong
Clubcard holders will also still be able to use their vouchers with Boost Partners, where you can currently get four times the value for your vouchers whenever you like though.

Just put it your basket and the 2000 bonus points will show. Below is the relevant part of my email receipt:
Or 1.57% from TopCashback. My order has tracked and while it's only £1.08, it all adds to the deal.
Many thanks to the OP for this deal.

Wife was a sample machinist and makes most of the curtains, cushion covers for the family as well as altering clothes.
Often buys and uses things like reduced price curtains and end of cloth/material rolls, very versatile, probably saved us a fortune over the years.
Obviously this wee Singer doesn't match any of the industrial machines, but her Old electric Singer machine went a stitch too far and went to recycle bin. Believe it or not she is currently using a 80 year old Singer treadle machine , which has a wee electric motor that drives the leather belt on it, she has had it for over 40 years and will not part with it. This new one will put a smile on her face as she alters another item for the family, they know they can buy bargain clothes and get leg/arm lengths shortened or garments tweaked, I only charge them a small fee ( Shhhh wife doesn't know) . LOL

Yes good deal if you can get it, This is all I get when trying to buy - Sorry, we don't have enough Singer 8280 Sewing Machine items in stock right now. This item (s) has been added to your save for later basket. You can try to purchase this item again by reducing its quantity.( only one in the basket ? )

Good old Tesco and their fluctuating prices...bought the Handy Chest for Sewing from them a couple of months ago for £9.50...good of them to put it up to £30 for the Clubcard Boost and then try to make it seem like a good deal by offering you an extra 1000 points
