I've made lots of orders with Snapfish & never had an issue with them

Good deal but Snapfish charges more p&p the more you order which is a bit of a rip off. For example order a photo book, mug and prints and you will pay 3 incremental delivery charges. Bit of a rip off.

I contacted Groupon - no help at all, won't be using them in future - then tried Snapfish, ended up having to send them a copy of the voucher, then they manually added the credit same day (you'll see it under "Your Account > Credits" - so if that's empty, it aint worked!).
As others have said, you need to spend the £30 in one purchase.

but all credit must be used in one purchase just lost 15 pound as order some cards - then went back to order prints but credit is no longer valid have contacted snapfish gave me a free mug (annoying as already free) and so far no word from groupon but nothing i can find in t and c's about credit.

It isn't credit - the title of this deal is misleading. You need to spend it all at once, not use any vouchers and pay for p&p!

So How exactly this voucher works? I paid for one, but no voucher code, unable to see the credit anywhere on my snapfish account....

I'd recommend Google Picasa for making collages, it has a fantastic tool which makes it quick and easy to generate then tweak a little - after that you can then just get a poster print wherever you want.

I have used snapfish for about two years you have the option to edit your photos yourself which means they don't do the cropping themselves I've always found the photos to be great quality, I especially love them in Matt print instead of gloss

No, cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers. I got burnt buying this Groupon to pay for 2 photo books, would've been cheaper to have just done it directly with the 50% off

Cold!! It is not "credit" it forces you to make a purchase in one go of up to £30 paying full price with no voucher codes and p&p on top.
I got a refund from Groupon.

I can't get it to work either - get taken from Groupon to the Snapfish landing screen (to create an account or login as existing user), when I login as existing user nothing happens - no notifications, nothing in Credits or account/payment settings?

A reasoned, measured reply. You're quite right of course, I was just being facetious.

Obviously, but not many companies charge extra p&p when you order more. Carriage will almost always increase with volume but retailers normally absorb this on the basis you are ordering more and lots offer free delivery when you reach a certain threshold. I just find the snapfish approach strange.

Just noticed that they have a promotion for 50% off on the run up to Father's Day (code is DAD516)... and there's a voucher code (SFUK509) for 50% off and free delivery if the items in your cart initially total £120 or more. Even if quality is not the best, buying 2 of these vouchers could potentially allow you to order £120 worth of merchandise for £20, and avoid the overpriced shipping charge. That's IF you're able to use the voucher after having used a promo code, of course? Does anyone know if you can?

We did a photo album after a holiday at Christmas as a present for the inlaws. The quality was very average, and we needed them to send a second copy as the first had a page with a missing background.
They are okay, but far from excellent.

groupon promised me £10.00 cashback with TCB as a new customer, just been declined by groupon (it was tracked) would never use groupon if their offers were free after that experience, disgraceful.

Any recommendations on a decent alternative? Looking to get a couple hundred photos printed, and would rather pay a little more and get it right the first time!

For me the downside is this part "Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other Snapfish promotion"
I've used them for year for printing calendars for Christmas gifts, and the quality has been good. But, their base price is at least double what it should be unless you're benefitting from one of the frequent promotions and special offers.

Expect poor quality print and for your loved ones to have have various parts of themselves missing from the print as they crop without looking at the content
Wouldn't order from these again

T&C's state Offer applies on all gifts and prints across the site & Groupon states £30 of credit can be used across Snapfish’s wide selection of personalised photo products such as photo books, mugs, wall art or prints
