Along with a selection of other reduced Osram LED bulbs, they had these. Seems a reasonable price for branded 9W warm white LED's.
Only ES fitting available .

£land sells these (BC, ES and GU10) all for £1/each.I fit them all the time and they are just as good, so I'll have to vote a little cold on this one.

i doubt the bulbs are dimmable, for the price. 1 x decent osram bulb, dimmable, is a bout a tenner in tesco.
i got the 3x gu10 osram spotlights and they do very well, especially for the price. they have a ugly thick grey border but u wont notice that too much if they're on the ceiling. bargain

You're very lucky then as I got a few poundland ones to finish off converting our house to LED and the only ones that have failed were the poundland ones.

The Poundland ones are good value but are only 3w and 5w not 9w.

Lucky? I'm not sure I believe in luck, but I suppose I've fitted between 50 and 100 so far (I'm an electrician) and not had any failures yet.

The £land ones are not dimmable. If the requirement is for dimmable lamps I use Screwfix (LAP) at about £15/box (5 or 6 depending on the type). These work fine, once the controller is changed to a trailing edge switch.

That is true enough, but I find there is not so much demand for 9w bulbs (this offer says the equivalent of a 60w incandescent, but in my experience closer to a 100w bulb (http://eartheasy.com/live_led_bulbs_comparison.html )) as not many people have a single pendant per room any more (where one would have used a 100w incandescent). I find that most people have a number of wall and ceiling luminares holding 4-10 bulbs per room, so 3w or 5w LEDs are about right.

The Poundland ones, 5w Bulbs anyway, are rubbish.
I bought a few, they all died after around 32 days of use !!!!!
Osram is a respected name,so their claim of 25 years life I believe...
