Yes I got the same email but after the initial acknowledgement email (which doesn't contain a code as far as I can see) I didnt get a further email with a code. Did people get the code in first email or in a subsequent one ? Any ideas anyone ?

Customer services were fantastic, I recieved the following response:
"Apologies but it has come to our attention that the 3 month Now TV Entertainment Pass we supplied to you was invalid. In fact, as we have since discovered from our supplier, it was actually a 2 month Now TV Sky Movies pass! We’re really sorry about this and are doing everything we can to rectify the situation with our supplier and to ensure this never happens again in the future.
We have been able to source the following 3 month Now TV Entertainment code as a replacement. Feel free to keep and use the previously sent Now TV Sky Movies 2 month pass by way of an apology."

Paid by Paypal, got 2 acknowledgement emails (one from The Game Collection and one from PayPal) but can't see a code. Then got cancellation email stating I could keep the mistakenly sent Movie Code. Any idea where the code is ?!!

I have the exact same problem. I tried to activate the code under entertainment and it wouldn't recognise it, so I had an idea so I tried it under movies for which it recognised the code as 2 months of movies. I did go any further with the activation, I contacted TheGamesCollection and they said they would get back to me tomorrow.

With the entertainment pass can you start watching a show from the start if it's already started (like you can with the movies pass)?
It's rare that I'm able to watch GoT at 9pm.

Better off not watching live as the picture quality is better :smiley: GoT is simulcast at 2am but not sure it goes in catchup after that or if they wait til after the evening repeat

Annoyingly, I signed up for a free 14 day trial when GoT started a few weeks ago and I've just been charged the £6.99 monthly fee a few days ago for deciding not to cancel. At least I'll get the next three months a lot cheaper, thanks OP (I assume I just pop the code in and instead of being billed in 4 weeks time it will switch to the Pass instead?)

Yes they stack but you can only apply the second code within 30 days of the previous one ending (or you can have a break and apply it later it you wish, worth having a break sometimes particularly on the movies. Or you could start a new account and get another 14 day free trial first before using the code). Looking at expiry dates you can just about squeeze in putting you code on existing account for three months taking you to around the 14th August, start a new account with 14 day trial and then apply the code to extend to to 3 1/2 months.

When it started, yes. Still great value, but these deals make it even better. I just wish Sky would do more deals themselves. At least with this one we don't need to buy yet another box! :smiley:
