Just noticed that Argos have a 3 for 2 Mix & Match Promo on approx 930 ColourMatch items at Argos inc some that have already been discounted that ends TODAY. The offer includes packs of 2 pillowcases for £2 right up to Sofa's for £349, if you spend over £25 on homewares you can use code HOME20 to save an extra 20% or if you spend over £150 on furniture you can use FURN20 for an extra 20% off too, so 3 for 2 & 20% off.
I added 3 ColourMatch 12 Piece Stoneware Dinner Set - Red that were £17.99 now £13.59 each to my basket & for some reason it popped up with "We're going to give you this delivery for FREE (usually £3.95)" I then used the HOME20 code & it bought the price down to £19.03 for the 3 sets Delivered.

Its a mix & match offer, so you can buy 1 dinner set & 2 other items, in this instance I tested the code to make sure it works like I always do when I post an offer, but I do get through quite a few plates, I do Greek dancing as a hobby :man:
oh I also bought 3 knife blocks, thinking of taking up knife throwing too :smiley:

Bought three sets of the Plates/Saucers/Bowls.... They are rubbish.... Had our old set for over a decade and they only died because of accidents like being dropped... This argos stuff break while in the washing up bowl, most are chipped, lots are hair line cracked (on the verge of splitting)... absolute rubbish!

Yes you have to be signed in to enter the code once you start to proceed through checkout. As long as basket is over £25 with 3 for 2 discount taken off it will apply it. :smiley:

HOME20 just doesn't seem to apply through on the payment page. I get the message that the code has been applied but the price doesn't change. If I go back to my trolley, however, the trolley price is reduced by 20% but not when I pay.
FYI, I'm buying three things in colourMatch offer and the 3 for 2 has automatically worked.

I had that thinks it's because your basket has to contain over £25 after the promotion applies. Then it will accept the code and give you the discount so in my case buying an extra £5 cushion actually saved me £2 . It gets confused if you go back to basket and shows you prices with 20% discount applied but when you go to checkout it realises it's under £25 without the code and removes it I think.

On some combo's it's taking the discount off the total of the 3 things before the 3 for 2 discount is applied, ie items are £15 each so in basket for £45, 20% off is £9 so £36 then the £15 discount for the free 3rd item is applied so £21, but as I said, it's not working before the 3 for 2 discount on some & it is on others.[/quote]

Still working here, cleared my cookies & added 3 different sets to my basket, took 20% off before 3 for 2 applied, it may just be applying the *glitch* discount to selected items, hence why I didnt put that in the thread title, ust the extra 20% off, if people get extra discount then fab, if not it's still a great offer. I've got 5 weddings this year, I've place multiple orders & got stuff sorted for all now so I am dead chuffed :smile:

It's actually taking 20% off the price of 3 ie 3 x £13.59 = £40.77 x 20% = £8.15 so £40.77 - £8.15 less £13.59 for 3 for 2 offer = £19.03 so in the case of those it's a small glitch
