Can think of endless things I have done over the last few months that this would have been really handy for.
Hope it helps someone!

Fantastic. Think I've got an ulcer but taking forever to get it seen on NHS.

Ive just moved into a new house so have been doing a lot of DIY. A few examples:
- Following wires being a fitted cupboard in the garage
- Helping channel wires behind walls
- looking down the engine bay of cars
- blocked shower pipes
- and the obvious self prostate examination in my spare time!

Would this be small enough to poke through a key hole? Keep getting poked in the eye.

whay a pile of crap!
received mine the other day. No disc included. So spent hours trawling the internet to find some software for it & out still doesn't work. Any software i use it with either on my phone or PC seems to freeze the picture after a few seconds.
Oh well, it was under a tenner!

I can see this being quite useful in DIY, but pity it only works for android. My windows phone supports OTG, but don't think it works with just any phone with OTG. Anyone tried one without android?

With an appropriate USB adapter they can be plugged into a laptop, then it's just a very very long camera. I would suspect it's worth a go on Windows phone. Try and find an app for external cameras first.

Works well. I ordered it a couple of weeks ago. word of warning: Virus total said the Android file that came with the package in a CD had a virus. I didnt risk installing it. I installed a trusted app from google play store and it worked fine.

This is NOT an endoscope! Endoscopes are used to look inside body cavities (down your throat, up your bum etc).

Anyone considering this might want to try a water based lubricant, not Vaseline. Petroleum based lubricants might dissolve this device up your butt and leave you with little bits of fibre optic stuck in your colon.

Got one that looks identical to this from eBay a few months ago for looking down the back of my car engine. A few things to note, picture quality is like standard definition TV on an old CRT and there is some continual lag too. For the price it's great (and saved me having to get the engine dropped out), good deal to me.
