I saw lidl were selling some cool bags on Monday. I think they were 4.99 each but looked much better in quality than these ones pictured.

Random: If you ride a BMW GS motorbike, these fit perfectly in the Vario panniers. Far cheaper than the price BMW charge.

Does this come with the ice packs though? It isn't clear and underneath the info it has "Essential extras - 3 pack of freeze boards" ? Presumably this is just the actual bag(s) then is it?

No it doesn't, but does keep items that are already cold at a decently cool for quite a few hours.
