Real fruit has a sugar in it to many people like yourself have listened to the government about sugar being bad when it's not it's a persons whole diet that matters.

You don't drink it all at once though and a lot of people don't like the tartness of pure cranberry juice. :wink:.
Some pure cranberry juices seem to have just as much sugar.
