I'd never buy from Zavvi again, intentionally stole my money (I bought several gift cards as Xmas presents) even though they knew they'd be going into administration days after Xmas several years ago.
Crap way to treat customers. I hope the go bust permanently.

I used to say same thing until twice they stopped replying to my messages so I message them again to remind them im in need of an answer and once they replied with a completely different subject and the second I never got a reply!!

ive had nothing but good service when I've dealt with zavvi, I think half the talk on here is nonsense. a company gives bad service once and they are forever condemned.
