I saw this game reviewed on TV and I did not even understand what it was about- these games are just too complicated. LocoRoco Rules!!!

It seems to very short, I can see an awful lot of these ending up on the pre-owned shelf pretty quick.

Isn't it only 10 hours long including episodes though so will be an influx of trade ins like The Order on PS4 ?

Have you read the reviews. The game is meant to be crap. It will be 15 pound in cex in 2 months

if it is a short game im pleased. there's always so many cheap games to be bought on xbox one. ie foreign store deals, ea access and decent gwg deals. my ps4 is gathering dust just because the xbo games are so cheap. ive got quite a backlog to get through already lol

I feel your pain mate, I'm in the same situation. I have a massive pile of games still sealed, a smaller pile currently playing, and a massive backlog of free PSN+ and GWG to play!! On top of that don't get as much time to game anymore ..........

Yeah it's around 10 hours total with 4 cutscenes that are 22 minutes each. I think it will be like the Xbox equivalent of The Order, but I thought The Order was great so I'll be enjoying this too when it drops in price

Yeah will get it when it is cheaper. The Order was good for £6

With this being in $ I'm guessing it's a US code? Will you need to change you region to USA to use it or are all Xbox codes region free unlike PS?

I'm more than happy to pick this up in the bargain bins! Really want to play it but the backlog is so big that I can't justify £30 for a single player game. Xbox one prices and games with gold are far too good to justify full price purchases from now on for me...

Not trying to judge, but is waiting really worth the £1 or so you'd save per week?

Prefer the digital code, just over £15 each for me and a game sharing mate = bargain.

Yes for a game that takes less than 10 hours to complete.

Not sure if this helps, but I ordered a digital copy from CdKeys and the day after I installed and started it, Microsoft sent me a key for Alan Wake's American Nightmare.

Im in the same boat as a lot on here, would love the game but cant justify £30 when i have a massive backlog of sealed Xbox and PS4 games to get through not to mention the gold games and with games so cheap it seems im constantly making the backlog bigger.

definitely not a game worth picking up straight away. IMO

This game is surely going to drop in price so quickly, I wouldn't mind betting in a month a physical copy will be around the £22 price point - new. I've been watching people play it on the YouTube game streaming channel and it looks pretty poor.
Maybe for £15 I'll pick it up - if at all.

That's exactly why one of these is well worth investing in, all the more so worthwhile with the Xbone price keep dropping.
70ish GB of that is the episode pack, which isn't required if you just stream the episodes. I didn't want to risk any buffering issues and downloaded it.
It's a cracking game, but at the same time is very short. 7 hours playtime so far and I've completed 4/5 acts.

Very mixed bag of reviews and opinions on this, I tend to listen most to what Red Dragon on youtube says because he seems to be straight up regardless publisher, platform, genre etc
Though he rates it a lot he says he wouldn't recommend it at full price/close to full price because it's such a short single player game, bit like the Xbone's Order 1886 kind of thing.
I'm going to sound such a hypocrite here because I really don't subscribe to waiting for price drops but I shall do on this one.
I'm in the middle of arranging my move back to the UK next week so been packing, preparing and the like. I'm looking at a sleeper agent edition of Tom Clancy right now, arrived on release day yet still in it's factory shrink wrap as I've had no time for gaming in recent weeks.
I got such a backlog of games I won't get round to playing for months so I'm not doing another 30 odd quid on something that will be an apple or maybe even 15 quid by the time I'll get round to playing it.

I personally would rather have a game that I can get through in a reasonable amount of time rather than massive open worlds with heaps of padding that take 30+ hours to complete.
I'll definitely play through it again for the alternate junctions, and might even go for 1000GS, so for me personally it's well worth the price I paid.
Those on the fence are probably better off waiting for a physical copy to drop in price a bit, as tying yourself to a digital copy of a 10 hour game is a bit daft if all you care about is longevity.
