The good news is you can even log in with your UK Microsoft credentials to purchase the thing with your UK debit or credit card and just sit and wait for the nice guys at Microsoft to dispatch it to your UK address. (All without leaving the country...Top banana)

AST3R, bit late now sorry but might help people in future if they're on the fence about ordering from MS Germany - I ordered on Sunday and have just collected my console from a local newsagent (UPS collection point). The process was easy and apart from the order and confirmation emails etc being in German, I might as well have been buying it from a UK store. The UPS delivery service was also superb, with tracking details updated accurately at all times. They effectively processed my order on Monday (don't work the Sunday) and 2 days later it was here :smiley:

Also bought an additional Forza controller from Microsoft store in France. It was actually shipped from Ireland, so I suspect MS have their European distribution centre based there shipping to all EU countries.

I reckon the base Xbox One will drop considerably in price when the enhanced more powerful Xbox is released later in the year or early next.

The PS4 Neo might have been leaked but most analysts reckon MS are definitely at work on their own new console. Time will tell I guess.

There really isnt, especially at a cost of £55 million a day.. I can import goods to the UK far cheaper from China than the EU. I also drink Australian wine which again, is cheaper than wine from the EU.

Postcode is not accepted when entering details for card or paypal. Also under 'Ort' do you just put your town/city or county too?

The deal i got recently was a 1TB xbox one which it seem was from the French market, but no issues what so ever, plugged right into the wall and has been purring ever since.

can get the same console for £225.87 from UK Amazon warehouse deals if anyone prefers. used very good condition. though mostly these consoles are brand new and only minor scratches on outer box. it's 30 days return so can just send back if not happy. no hassle

About 44Gb core, then (from memory) another 10Gb of patches (as well as the Xbox one updates on top if it's a new machine). On my fairly lightweight broadband it was pretty much 24 hours before everything had arrived.

I'm very happy with my Forza xbox though, the revvy noises it makes as you switch it on or eject the disc are a little childish but a nice extra.

Or at least something beginning with ass....
