A far better game if you haven't played either.
Unity is one of the worst AC games but at £3, you can't grumble! Heated :smiley:

I'd been put off by some negative comments about this particular release... HOWEVER... I am new to the AC game series (having only just bought Black Flag 2 months back as my first).
At less than £3... it is well and truly worth trying regardless - especially when my local ASDA still has this at £40.00+

Worth it at this price. Out of all of the Assassins Creed games, this definitely has one of the best stories. But, the gameplay is marred by unresponsive, clunky controls and free-running glitches during the second half of the game that ubisoft either were not told about or couldn't be bothered to fix. I was just glad when I completed the story mode, then I traded it straight in

Tempted by this, however, I didn't enjoy Black Flag as much as the previous games, and I already have a 6 months backlog of games to finish.

Can you not set the voices to be spoken in French and have English subtitles? That's what I do when I play any Japanese game if the option is available.

I've got 4-5 AC games. I tried to play the first and didn't like it. I also tried playing Black Flag but found it quite poor in execution so abandoned after the first hour but have just bought this. Why? WHY?

At release this game was shocking. Sadly, neither the PS4 or Xbox One have enough grunt to run this game as intended.

I played it on PC and I quite enjoyed it, post the release debacle.

Something else worth noting is the free DLC that is given away with this game due to its horedous launch.
The Dead Kings, armoury pack and armaments pack are free. Might be more free DLC but can't remember.

So for 3 sheets, its worth it.
