No i mean, using Rakuten points to pay. If it goes wrong, you cant fill a claim with your credit card company and Rakuten dont care nor do the seller as the transaction is not with them

Reading what phil Spencer said, I think that its likely that they will work on add-ons to the current system to bump up performance rather than a significant overhaul. It might get smaller, it might get quieter, there will definitely be some VR news, but there's no way I can see that they will introduce a two tier platform and pee off all their existing user base?

I still think a console is the best price to performance deal that is out there but when you look at the evolution ... I'm not going to announce our road map for hardware ... but what I wanted to say on stage for people when they see this vision of ours and question our commitment to console I want to make sure that people see that what we are doing enables us to be more committed to what consoles are about than we've ever been and innovate more consistently than we ever have. That's the key for me."

If anyone is thinking of using rakuten poitns, avoid buying from them.
I used points my to buy a tablet, which was defective when arrived. Rakuten or the retailer i bought from dont give a damm, both just put you on hold and never answer any emails.
Because i didn't pay by credit card its hard to get anything back. Have filled a complaint with Trading standards and are waiting on them

Cheers OP. Got my copy of halo 5 yesterday from Cex, and have the elite controller from gamestop on the way. Just need to look for a good xbox live deal now. Also need to decide whether to use the points to get FH2. I hope I don't get done over by MS, and they make my console redundant at E3 :smile:

Ignore the doom sayers, xb1 will be here for some time to come, and you get access now to the Forza, gears and Halo franchises, now....plus F7 and FH3 are on the way.
Oh and FH2 can be had for under £20 second hand even less if you shop around, CEX had it for £15, cracking game.

Grab this with both hands, cracking deal, do not think about it, do it, you will not get better, that 1tb is fantastic, trust me, i know, i got this divison 1tb deal a few weeks ago, and watched as 600 meg go like that, the 1tb gives you breathing room.

Oh and headset wise pop into your local game, third party headset, £10, plugs right into the joypad, sorted.
And as for the points, i put those towards another xbox joypad from the same site that cost £38, got it for £24 delivered after point were used.....again...sorted. :wink:
