Everyone who hasn't use a Windows tablet with just 1gb of ram or who has an unrealistic expectation of what such a tablet can realistically be used for is going to chime in with their 'expert' opinions here but trust me, it is perfectly usable.
My parents have a Linx 7, some poorly made websites can chug in Chrome as it's just a desktop app. Edge is actually pretty serviceable and once it gets a few updates for extensions I'll be happy with that being a browser of choice.
Runs Kodi absolutely perfectly and that's where the Windows tablets steal a march from Android tablet in the same price bracket, they have an HDMI out.

That's probably why you find so many refurbs. 1GB is not really enough for Windows. Every once in a while the update process alone will fill the RAM and kill all your programs. For occasional use that is fine, for anything serious you want more RAM.

No mention of warranty so presumably 12 months. I've taken a cache in the WayBackMachine of what's listed on the page should anyone buying have any issues down the line.
Note that this is also being sold from a company in the Republic of Ireland and all the advantages/disadvantages that brings should be considered.

Why would you presume 12 months if no warranty period is mentioned?
I'd presume it's 7 days.

Interesting, I thought these windows tablets are all clones of each other and that the 10 inch 32gb ones generally came with 2gb ram.

I said I presumed 12 months because none is stated. The point I'm making is that you can make a reasonable argument that it's 12 months warranty because of that in much the same way you can make the argument that there is no warranty at all.
Doing some digging their actual website says
However, their Rakuten page doesn't say anything about it so I think it's reasonable that a casual customer would assume a 12months warranty if the company is as lazy as to make no specific claim either way. I'm all for letting mistakes bite companies in the backside and if someone reasonably wants to make a case for a 12 month warranty giving them the tools to do so.

Same product sold by same seller LuzernTech on eBay (£54.99) comes with 12 month warranty. Item is being dispatched from Germany.
"Grade A Refurbished Products: with 1 YEAR WARRANTY 1. Sold in perfect working order & have passed a thorough testing process. 2. These products are in AS NEW condition & come complete with all packaging & accessories (unless otherwise stated) 3. May have some minor cosmetic blemishesWe endeavour to pack & ship products in their original packaging, but in some cases we ship them in plain packaging.”
Heat for sharing the deal. Not for me though, tempted all the same!

Edge won't support plugins. That said chrome runs like a pig on Win 10.

I completely disagree - this is a refurbished product not a new one. You can assume no more than what is stated on the site. The only time period mentioned is 7 days. Since this is half the 14 day time stipulated for new products I see no reason at all to assume that a 12 month warranty is on offer.
It seems to me that they are either very amateur in failing to declare a warranty period or they have done so intentionally.
Assume in haste and regret at leisure.

I've had one of these - It's ok for very light applications but the ram is the downfall. I just decided to get a chinese make with windows 10 2GB ram and it runs great.

Errr nope. Chrome runs perfectly well on windows 10! Maybe you have a problem with it on your PC and aren't IT savvy enough to fix it, but claiming your own personal experience as overall fact is disinformation as you are completely wrong.

Has anyone got this exact tablet? Is the thickness and weight quoted correct? 51mm thick and 806g seems way too thick and heavy.

The weight I can well believe for a 10" tablet but no way is it over 5cm thick.
