Ive had the need to contact VAX customer service twice in the last 2 years (2 different issues) and received pretty stella service from them.

A word of warning. Vax customer service is utterly awful. They sent me ,not only the wrong floor steam cleaner but one that didn't work anyway. I returned the item but have been trying for 2 months to get my money back from them. Their policy seems to be ignore customers and hope they go away.

Ditto. They were fantastic when I contacted them over a problem with their window vac. Above and beyond and all that. I sometimes wonder if people sometimes ring up with the wrong attitude as I'm always pleasant when I ring CS of any company and have invariably received good service.

Thought this looked pretty good but the reviews on John Lewis have put me off.

hot, thanks OP, I've got a VAX wash/dry machine, this will be a lot less bulky.

When stuff is good it is generally not reduced drastically to shift it when it's brand new. Very gimmicky design and the official product video is enough to put me off, line up this, make sure it's the right way round that, just looks a pain to live with and is quite large to store. Every part clip and button looks like it would fail from poor engineering and manufacture. By a vax if u want it to break, block, under perform, save u money initially but end up in the bin.

Miele, henry (same price), dyson, gtech - all fantastic no reason to go for this.

That said, hot deal, very cheap if u want it! Would go well with a cyber goth outfit.

Bought this over the vax sale posted few months ago. the 6 years warranty got me interested in buying this.

This is Rubbish. If you want to get a work out using at the same time then go for it.
Yes it is powerful and cleans well and thats about it. you can argue that is what a vacuum cleaner is suppose to do, but its is not friendly to use. bulky head, heavy and hard to maneuver around obstacles (chairs table legs etc) I wish i never bothered and stuck to henry again.

got mine for 100 direct from Vax. powered head failed, but they sent a new one out all I had to pay was courier. 6 years warranty is awesome so I'm sure if I get a few different ones of same model, then it's pretty much paid for itself. Awesome customer service, dealt with one knob, but second person in their call centre went above and beyond to sort it.
