Had a warning from a washing machine repairer to stay away from gel washing products they can damage your machine, anyone else heard this?

Wouldn't think it, would you...Powder perhaps, as it clogs, n goes lumpy anywhere between the draw and drum, but liquid?
I just got 30 bottles of the b***dy stuff (Ariel Gel) still, I use a communal laundry room, so BRING IT ON :smile:

Ariel Gel 24 washes @ £7.50 is on offer (3 for £10) at WAITROSE, so 72 washes for a tenner), unless you are a MY WAITROSE card member, with Ariel Gel down as 1 of 10 "pick your own" items, as then the price drops to £5.50 for 72 washes,so JUST shy of 7.7 pence per wash. If yer in a position to stock up, you COULD save a PACKET as I, and many others have done/are doing.
The icing on the cake for holders of a "My Waitrose" card,is (apart from the discount, and if yer shop in-store), is yer get a FREE tea or coffee , and a (selected) daily newspaper....how does it work?

Your right but Ocado is predominately online only , has a minimum order charge of £40 and a delivery charge of £2.99+, so fine if you actually do your weekly shop with Ocado, otherwise not so good
