It doesnt for me. Using 'Welcome' says 'Discount code is not applicable as there is a better offer already applied to the contents of your basket.'

They've admitted it was rushed to market. Shame really, but it'll come into it's own. They did the same with Street Fighter 3 back in the day, NG launched without air-blocking or a custom combo system. You'd think they'd learn wouldn't you...

but I wasn't disappointed with the game though. The animation is the best I've seen on any games. I play it on my gtx 980 at 2560x1440 at 60+ fps
not got the ps4 version yet though.

Street fighter 3 is £3.99
Puzzle fighter hd is around £1.60

The biggest let down of a game this year for me. Was so looking forward to it. Yes when you get a match the gameplay is good. But it's heavily lacking in both online and offline features. Not worth it at this price. Would be strong and wait till it drops below 20 before biting

I really cant see the prices going down below 25 before the next update tbh. I'm not sure why retailers would reduce it down that much knowing that we will be getting free updates that 'completes' the game in June.

I've heard that when playing online you can leave a match when losing and face no penalty and the winner does not get the win! Is this true?
