Great toothbrush and retailer, my base stopped charging my brush and they replaced the whole thing in days.
Fantastic customer service

I am in two minds, it seems a good buy but I can't find the toothbrush on the Phillips product search page. This makes me think it is, or will be discontinued which will make finding brush heads hard in the future. Voted hot though.

read some of the "Reviews" on Amazon. It gets a good rating but there's a lot of Pro Reviewers on there.

Do not confuse Soniclean for Philips Sonicare. Would have snapped them up if they were the latter.

Philips is overpriced. At the end they do the same job.

I would agree, but the reason you buy branded is because at least Philips, Oral-B, etc. make the replacement heads available for years after launch. I had a good-quality off-brand sonic toothbrush and after two years can now no longer find the heads for love nor money - making the toothbrush useless.

Cant find the black replacement heads anywhere even the white ones are expensive compared to philips/oral-b as you can buy 8 for like £4 on ebay compared to 4 on amazon for £6
This is a fantastic brush. Had one now for 2 months. Brush heads are nice and soft and different modes are useful. Best of all though is the battery life, it is amazing. From initial 1st charge I did not have to charge again for 5 weeks. Highly recommended.

The gushing Vine reviews, for all they're supposed to help promote new products "honestly", really annoy me.
So many are so dazzled by the thrill of getting something free, all objectivity goes out the window. I ignore those reviews and read the paid reviews instead.

Thats for a philips isnt it? This is a soniclean or am i missing something? "/

Yep those are philips probably not compatable. Also flipping expensive compared to oral-b alternatives.

Does the two-pin UK plug work with a standard 3 pin socket?

Yes but you'll need to plug it into a shaver adaptor first

Phillips is way better and you'll only spend an extra tenner on it. Your teeth are for life, don't cheap out!

Just out of interest , I assume you have tried both , so may I ask what makes the Phillips one better please ?

No I bought Phillips brush then later on found it impossible to get toothbrush heads unless it was rubbish generic replacements.

Have you tried any major UK supermarket, boots, superdrug, Amazon... even eBay.
The brushes are ALWAYS sold here, in large quantity.

I'm not going to explain why a Phillips branded healthcare device is better than some Generic cheap alternative.
If you wanna buy one, you buy one mate!

I did. Phillips even discontinued the brushes. The only place was expensive on e-bay. So I just bought another model so let's hope I don't have the same problem soon.

Have you contacted chemist4u to see when they will be back in stock, I posted this a week ago and plenty of replacement heads available then , but I think we caused a bit of a run on them.
