Its ridiculous. Essentially suspended all Mr Tumble programming as the CRB check doesn't apply to the Mr Tumble character only Justin Fletcher. Theyll have a long time getting CRBs filled out for the 2 dozen characters he has on 'Gigglebiz' then....
