Reserved these scales on the Argos website where they are priced at a competitive £10.99. However when I went to the store to buy them they were priced at £8.19 for no obvious reason than they were cheaper.
They are a basic, affordable set of scales but the reviews are very good indeed, might be worthwhile checking out if you want to save a couple of quid.

Got the older version of this, with the silver on/off and zero buttons, been useling it everyday for the last 2-3 yeara and it's been very sturdy! Also prefer scales with aaa batteries, as the older salter one I had used them cr02 battery and kept on switching off due to the battery not sitting tight in its socket.
