I agree 100% it's one of them gems that won't get old and it's great to just bang it on and have fun! Awesome game!

Pre ordered Donkey Kong Tropical Freeze through base, great price and arrived the day before release.

It being on disc is a moot point in this generation as discs get dumped straight onto the HDD anyway. If anything for a game like Rocket league that you can dip in and out of for a few minutes between other games having it on disc just makes it less convenient.

Definitely one for the HDD if you ask me, also feeling jammy as I got it for free being a PSN + user. :sunglasses:

Pointless on Xbox One as all of the "DLC" mentioned is already included in the digital base game which is in-fact cheaper than the price here listed here. False economy for owners of the Faux 80's VCR :stuck_out_tongue:

Would just buy it from the Russian marketplace for £7 or so. Especially considering with Disk based games you still need to download and install it onto your HDD, so if you can find a cheap digital copy it's so much better than the actual copy of the disk.

i highly doubt you'll wanna sell this one, but that is true for the majority of games.

Xbox one, my bad. I've just seen you can buy it from the Russian xbox store online, costs 699 rubles which is around £7.40. Is it as simple as that?

Yes and no. You have to jump through a few hoops to buy from other stores but once setup doing again is pretty simple. Also you can game share with a friend effectively halving the price again.

I used 2 elastic bands for the trophy, and left it running in circles whilst I slept :smiley:

This game is so addictive , im dipping into the hard drive to play it between games so i agree its handier in there and like said before the xbox one has the extras as well

if anyone plays this and is disheartened by a battering they get online, my advice is keep trying. you will probably get better at it, and even if you don't, there are definitely people worse than you. I am usually on the losing side, but yesterday I scored 4 in a game against 2 pros. you'd have thought Sunderland had escaped relegation the way I celebrated. there is no game like it (apart from the original obvs)

I always destroy my opponents. Specially when im playing against a group of freinds. I join a team in which player rage quit, then when i destroy opponents, they rage quit instead lol.
