So it really depends on how many sheets are on the roll if you are getting a good deal.
Some advertise as '140 sheet rolls' like OP.
To me that sounds like each roll has 140 sheets. Of course they are the 70 sheet varity but its X 2

Ocado had 100 sheets (single roll packs) for £1.17 or 00.012p a sheet

This deal is 70 x 2 = 140 for £1.75 or 00.125p *in total* actually slightly more than the recent Ocado deal.

I think it clever marketing by Regina Blitz and clever wording on their packaging.

Slightly misleading IMHO with so many variations:
Single 70 rolls
Single 100 rolls
Double 70 roll packs
Double 100 roll packs
Triple 70 roll packs
Triple 100 roll packs
No doubt they do even larger amounts too.
So always check are they 70 or the 100.
You literally need a calculator to work out if its a good deal you are getting.

if you've got a poundstretcher near I'd check them first they normally have deals with 1 roll free, but this is a good deal. Can't beat this stuff.

Good price one of best kitchen rolls around cheapest I seen them is £1 a roll this is even better

As above - I stocked up last time Morrisons had £1 a roll for 100 sheets and this isn't as good value as that.

I don't cut them in half in fear I may end up on Superscrimpers but I totally agree they're too big!

Spotted the 100 sheet role reduced to £1 in Sainsbury's Warwick. Should imagine it's national as it was on the shelf and not indicated as any sort of 'manager special'. Think that's a better deal.

Count me in, I use them for anything I can, toast, cake, quiche, crumpets, sarnies, preparing food on so I don't have to clean the chopping board.
