This was marked as pre owned (not sure why). It is NEW and shrink wrapped.
I saw this in the Crystal Palace branch. Good value for the two disc edition.

You'll probably find if you purchased it, you'd get a musicMagpie card in the DVD case. The same with their music CDs. They seem to be offloading their DVD/CD collection in Poundland for local store distribution.
The exception is Blu-Ray, that seem to be legit new retail, and sealed... if you're lucky enough to find one.

I doubt it - my local charity shop sell them for 50p and invite purchasers to return them after they have watched them!
