Is juicing really necessary? Doesn't seem like a natural way to consume fruit. Just eat fresh fruit and veg.

It's really good for consuming raw veg, so you don't lose the nutritional value from cooking it. Fruit gives it some taste. I just did an 11 day juice fast and wouldn't have believed it but I lost 14lb in 11 days and a week later I only gained 4lb back despite going back to eating normally now. In going to repeat it in a few weeks and this will help.
