I am in a rush to post this, but at least Norwich bus station to London Stratford have lots of journeys from 11/4 which only cost 1.00 GBP. Adult, no coach card needed.
I have not search for other routes yet

how odd norwich to stratford is a quid but ipswich which is nearer stratford is a fiver!!

Thanks OP. Booked from London to Norwich. Strangely this is not advertised on National Express website. Available over weekends too.
