Ever since my mum got diagnosed with Breast cancer, i have been reading about things that can cause cancer and ... Not to diss canned tomatoes or anything, but people should avoid canned goods ... especially canned tomatoes. The lead lining in cans is a real killer.
With Fresh tomatoes usually available a few aisles away, try and opt for fresh food.
Apologies to the OP (and others who believe in canned goods), this is probably a good deal for people who use canned goods as they don't have access to fresh food.

Lots of national instore reductions don't find there way on to the website. It's a very blinkered view IMHO

It's not a national deal. Good price though. Worth the op stocking up at this price, they tend to have a few years shelf life so just grab the lot

Should be national, they are reducing SKUs so clearing out stock they no longer are going to hold

It's obviously store specific, a 4pk of Napolina tin tomatoes are never going to be normally priced at 50p. Although I only buy chopped, there's not enough time in the day for me to buy pump then chop them myself!
