1. 15.1g per 100g of this product (and only 5g per 35g bar)
2. majority of these fats are healthy fats non saturated... that help you lower bad cholesterol... and these fats found in these bars are from nuts and seeds.
we are not talking about snickers or mars bars... that are high in saturated fats and are from butter/margarine/cream or sources like that. dont be deceived.

The only deception here is the pack of lies you've been told about fat. Shame they haven't got red pills for 29p too.[/quote]not the only deception.. he/she thinks it has 15.1g of fats per 35g bar... which is not true. just check any sources, you will see that its 15.1g of fats per 100g, and only 5g per 35g ar.

Agree! Strawberry crunch and apple crunch are yum. Also love the nibbles...salted caramel and strawberries and cream.

I like the cashew cookie ones in these, wasn't too keen on the cocoa one however

Worth mentioning that Costco do boxes of 24 bars, either variety or the cocoa ones for about £7 which works out as a similar price
I love these things - only gripe I guess is the inconsistency in the consistency of the bars. Sometimes they're bone dry / firm, and sometimes they're really soft and chewy.

I usually go for the Costco deal but this makes it slightly cheaper but great to stock up until my next visit to Costco. these bars have been a life saver since finding out I'm allergic to gluten and fantastic for a snack while out and about

Been making my own for a while using the breville active blend. Pop in some dates, cocoa powder and blend. Normally add some chia seeds and coconut but can be varied.
A lot cheaper than these and taste exactly the same.

Yup, natural fats are vital for health and bars like this are a tasty way of getting some.
Or you can eat some unsalted walnuts, but these are a bit tastier.
I wouldn't binge on them but I have these or bars like them every day or every other day depending on how active I am

Correct, I have one here...probably the first time I've looked at the "nutritional information" thing on anything, it's the ingredients that matter.
It's 5.3g for the 35g bar but I'll let you off

why would you think I eat deep fried Mars bars??? very bizarre indeed. I would never recommend these bars as they do taste like muck, like it says on the wrapper no diary no gluten no wheat, how can they possibly taste nice with no vital ingredients????

Dairy, gluten and wheat are all ingredients that are harmful to the body. People aren't gluten and dairy intolerant for no reason, it's because we aren't supposed to eat this ****. Some people's bodies just cope with the abuse better, like alcohol.

They have them in my local homebargains in Stroud. There's cocoa delight, rhubarb and custard bars and mint humbug fruit and nut nibbles, there was another flavour of the nibbles but I can't remember what they were

Some people are allergic to nuts, by your logic that means we shouldn't eat them :smirk:

Nah

Well yes, nuts would not be safe for the majority to consume if it wasn't for the way they are coooked and prepared in the West.
I'll only eat a handful every other day or get some in bars like this.
But it's eating the wrong kind of foods, foods that damage our immune and digestive systems that cause these allergies in the first place.
Milk and cheese are disgusting man, they're ridden with bacteria, mucus and "purifying" additives.
If we were meant to drink milk we'd instinctively run over to any pregnant cows we see and start sucking at their udders.

Your confusing allergy and intolerance.
These have got to be better for you than a Mars bar if you must have your food in bar form. Even better have an apple if your concerned about the fat content.

Not confusing them, merely extending the logic further that if a food makes some people ill it is therefore a bad food. But then the poster drifted into cow sucking so left him/her to go find their missing glass balls.

Damn, I was just about to post this. Great find op - Cocoa Delight isn't the best flavour but still very tasty and a bargain at about one third of it's normal retail price. Rhubarb and Custard is personally one of my faves
