Yum, just a shame they always have green peppers in the mixed bags as I don't like them :disappointed:

they shouldn't taste the same. Big difference in flavour between a red and green pepper.

If you eat them raw, you will. Much more fructose in raw red peppers, almost as though you're eating a fruit.

green peppers are horrible. yellow are best. I feel tesco peppers have seriously dropped in quality recently

I think the complete opposite. I wouldnt dream of putting yellow peppers in an indian curry or a chinese stir fry. Green are the best followed by red. Orange and yellow are just horrible. Each to their own I guess. I assume its down to whether you have a savoury or sweet tooth.

Tesco do 2 versions of the packs, one of which does not have the green one in; I usually pick up one of each as may daughter munches on the red ones. The price was lowered to this about 3 weeks ago.
